I called Vans to have them stretch and clean our carpets. Ernie arrived on time ready to work. He estimated a price to stretch and a price to clean our carpets. He used a mechanical stretcher, not a knee kicker to get all raised areas out of the livingroom, diningroom and hall in the master bedroom. When he completed the task he began to clean the carpets. The final bill was the same as the estimate!
I will use Vans Carpet & Upholstery again next year.

I had new carpet on order when Ernie said he would like to try cleaning our carpets and save us some money. I did not think I had anything to loose at that point in time. So we agreed to have him try. Very much to my amazement he did a wonderful job. He got rid of all the old spots that we thought for sure would never go away. He gave us tips on how to keep our carpet cleaner and with it being older carpet, suggested we shampoo it every 6 months...long story short, Ernie did a wonderful job and saved us $2000.00 for new carpet.
